Enlight Renewable Energy raises USD 252m in US IPO

Israeli renewables developer Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (TLV:ENLT) has raised USD 252 million (EUR 233.9m) in its initial public offering in the US from the sale of some 14 million ordinary shares.

The transaction was priced at USD 18 per share.

The Rosh Ha’ayin-based renewables firm will have its US debut on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the trading symbol “ENLT” on Friday, February 10. At the IPO terms, its market capitalisation in the US would stand at about USD 2.11 billion, based on the number of outstanding shares listed in the prospectus.

Enlight filed for the US listing in January.

Set up in 2008, the company develops utility-scale renewable energy projects and operates across 11 countries. Its portfolio comprises about 17 GW of generation capacity and about 15.3 GWh of energy storage capacity.
